Submitting the form or calling (254) 541-2698 starts a request. A request becomes a job only once we confirm it with you and, where applicable, you sign a work authorization. Response times described on this site are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, storm volume, road conditions, and crew availability.

Scope and pricing are confirmed after an on-site assessment. Conditions found behind walls, under flooring, or inside cavities can change the scope, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. Payment terms are set out in your work authorization or invoice. You remain responsible for amounts your insurer does not pay, including deductibles and non-covered items.

We can document work and bill your insurer directly when your policy allows it. We are not your insurer and do not decide coverage; approval, denial, and payment decisions rest with your carrier.

• Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive documents before work begins.
• Confirm you are the owner or are authorized to approve work at the property.
